Looking for the ultimate surfing experience? Look no further than the Farm at Killalea State Park. With its flat sandbanks, this beach is ideal for both beginners and advanced surfers. The package includes 2 x 2 hour surf lessons, transportation, a BBQ lunch, wetsuit, board, and a qualified coach for the duration of the lesson(s).
Description
Each School Holidays we run our all-inclusive Day Trip to The Farm for intermediate to experience school age students. The Day Trip is designed to bring back an adventure to surfing where the trip there is half the fun. It’s an ideal way for busy parents to give their kids some adventure without having to driving them everywhere.
Like all our surf programs, the main focus is to help build confidence in the surf and be aware of their surroundings in a safe environment. Our main aim was to use Surfing as a tool to bring people together in a safe and inclusive environment.
The Day Trip is designed to represent a surf culture and a lifestyle of yesterday years where there are no mobile phones to let us know what the conditions are like. It’s a great way to reconnect kids and nature, kids and the ocean and kids with each other.
We have never lost sight of the fact that surfing is fun, and while ever we are in the business, we want that fun to reign supreme at all our programs.
Qualifications & Experience
Pines Surfing Academy are member of the Academy of Surfing Instructor’s accredited surf school network. Academy of Surfing Instructors (ASI) is the peak body for surfing and are recognised all over the world.
